Water On!

After mowing the yard today we decided to have some fun with the "sprayer". Needless to say both Sam and I were drenched. It was a little cold out and we both got in trouble for getting wet. We loved every moment!

Easter 2011

Happy late Easter!

This year was fun watching Sam pick up candy at the candy drop, hunting eggs, and most of all going to church and seeing all of our friends. We hope you all had a wonderful Easter as well!

Swimming Lessons

Over the past few weeks we have been taking Sam to swimming lessons at Lincoln High School. During the lesson they sung songs, splashed and learned entry level swimming techniques. We had a great time and he always looked forward to going swimming.

Just catching up

It is official spring has started to come in Wisconsin. Well tonight is telling us we are wrong because it is snowing once again. Over the past month we have taken Sam to the water park, let him try a banana pepper (he quickly spit it out) and we even built a bear. This next week we start swimming lessons and we are excited to see how likes it.

The Madness of March

This past month has been wonderful. We have had visitors, melting of snow, and then more snow started to fall. We are anxiously awaiting spring and summer so we can get out and enjoy the warm weather. Sam is getting so big and is quite the little helper. He always wants to be in the middle of what ever we are doing. From making cup cakes to shoveling snow, he right there with us. We have been battling a little bit of an ear infection with him and some high temps, but we he is dong better now. Courtnee is doing well also. She has become a cup cake making artist. She loves it and I love it too! This past week I had a tooth pulled and now starting to feel better. We all just want Spring to arrive so we can grill, play and have friends over.

Enjoyng moms art!

Sam reading to Uncle Kyle.
First time in 3 years of seeing each othere. His first tour of Wisconsin and the first time I have seen him since being in Iraq.

My brother came to visit over spring break. The one request he had was for me to take him to a shooting range. We were able to do so.
Shooting at the range and yes that is my shot pattern!

A special Sled

This sled has been in the Frisbie family for quite some time. We thought it would be really neat to have Sam sit on his Great Grandmother's sled from when she was a little girl. Here's a big slide for you Granny Margo!

Sam goes sledding

A few Sundays ago we took Sledding Sam to the "hill" to shred! When we arrived, he only wanted to play on the jungle gym and go down the slide. The good dad I am, I picked him up, and slid him down the hill. After that, it was all history. He had a wonderful time with his friends and he even walked back up the hill and carried his own tube.

Sam's first snowman. In Wisconsin it is too cold to build snowmans during the first few snows.
