Trim, Steps and Hammer time

This last week has been an exciting time in the Peterson house. Earlier this week Samurai got his first "Hair Cut". Well not much of a haircut, but more of a trim. His hair was getting so long around his ears that it was making him look like some crazy little boy. He is looking good!

Yesterday Sam took some of his first steps!! He decided that he wanted to walk to Courtnee to get his hammer and pop up toys. He is also starting to stand longer and pick toys up and hold them with out holding on to anything. So any day now you will see Young Sam Cruising around!!

So what is going on with Courtnee and I? Not much. Courtnee has been working like usual and learning so many new things. She is one of the only girls in the office that knows how to do a little bit of everything in her department. She is getting more and more responsibilities! If you didn't know that the latest Harry Potter Movie is coming out and Courtnee has been re-reading the book and she has also started on the last book once again.As for me. This last week we had a big Renaissance Learning conference with the filed consultants who train our programs. I had the privilege to do a presentation with another girl in my department and we blew everyone else away! They were talking about us the rest of the week and we were even told that we did the best presentation of the week!!
